1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, browsing product catalogs, submitting supplier listings, or negotiating wholesale purchases on DirectStock (accessible at www.directstock.pk), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including retail buyers, bulk wholesalers, dropshippers, manufacturers, and corporate purchasing entities across Pakistan.

2. Marketplace Role & Operations

DirectStock acts as an online digital B2B discovery and networking marketplace. We facilitate direct trade between verified Pakistani factories and wholesale buyers by providing digital storefronts, RFQ tools, product catalogs, and direct communication channels.

• Direct Commercial Relationship: Commercial agreements, payment terms, sample orders, and delivery schedules are established directly between the buyer and the supplier.
• Zero Commission on Buyer Orders: We do not take arbitrary commission fees on buyer purchase transactions.

3. Supplier Obligations & Listing Standards

All registered manufacturers, mills, and suppliers must adhere to the following standards:

• Accurate Product Data: Product listings must feature authentic images, real factory floor specifications, genuine minimum order quantities (MOQ), and accurate wholesale pricing.
• KYC Verification: Suppliers must provide truthful verification documents (CNIC, NTN, and factory proof). Misrepresentation will lead to permanent account suspension.
• Prohibited Items: Suppliers must not list counterfeit goods, stolen inventory, prohibited chemical substances, or items violating Pakistani intellectual property laws.

4. Buyer Responsibilities & Fair Trade

Buyers, merchants, and dropshippers agree to:

• Maintain professional commercial conduct when communicating with manufacturers and requesting quotations.
• Review product specifications, minimum order sizes, and dispatch timelines before confirming wholesale transactions.
• Honor agreed payment commitments made with verified suppliers upon order confirmation.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Monetization

Suppliers may subscribe to paid membership plans (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) and promotional advertising features. Subscription fees are payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through verified bank transfers or digital channels to DirectStock (Pvt) Ltd. Fees are billed according to the chosen billing cycle and activated upon admin receipt verification.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of a commercial dispute regarding product quality, quantity shortfall, or dispatch delay, parties are encouraged to first utilize DirectStock's mediation support. Our dispute resolution team can review message records, RFQ terms, and sample agreements to facilitate an amicable settlement.
